For the first time in this indusrtry the quality of the end-producut provides precise feedbacked to its own process. By our state of the art technology these parameters became available by accelerating the test speed to ~ 55 seconds per sample and the elimination of frequent calibrations. Since an average bale is produced in 120 seconds, testing samples for each bale (and even two repetitions per bale) is not a future dream, but a present fact. The Fiberlab has been developed as a heavy-duty machine for an on the floor operation.
